Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort La Fortuna

Liked our stay, had quiet 4 days overall. The room we had included air conditioner and a safe.

The staff is accommodating, the breakfast extensive, the ocation is unbeatable really close to restaurant and the volcano and the center.

It made our trip to La Fortuna a really great experience. The airport was a 30-minute drive from the property.

Everything was beautiful, courteous staff made our stay great! The buffet breakfast they offered was included. Enjoyed their terrific service.

My favorite hotel in La Fortuna, the staff was extraordinarily friendly. Large bedroom, comfortable bed. This property was in a very very nice area next to La Fortuna, the center of La Fortuna, the arenal volcano.

Tidy venue and very kind employees. We were given a superior room, it was fancy and huge. The location of the hotel was ideal, in front of the arenal volcano.

Perfect location, within walking distance of Kalambu Hot springs Water Park. The pool area is nice too.

The breakfast was inclusive, the staff was responsive, good wi-fi.

The venue was always neat, had great rooms and people. I liked to spend time in the amazing poolside bar. I did not want to leave and would come here again.

Every detail, the service was impeccable and the staff was always available. Our superior queen room was non-smoking and exquisite with good beds.

Continental breakfast, fabulous food, exceptional stuff. Generally everything was fantastic, but the bathroom was dirty. The venue was in an efficient business location. And it was also next to Arenal volcano, La Fortuna, restaurant...

Not so great views from the window.

bright room, great value for money in comparison to other hotels. perfectly clean and secure place. service was personalised there. there was a quiet garden, absolutely perfect setting. the beach nearby was lovely and the view was marvellous.

In a cosy position with an excellent river view. Speedy check in and helpful service. Truly enjoyed La Fortuna, the hotel was familiar.

Cool enough rooms, efficient staff, great value for money. The continental breakfast was served in the restaurant. Efficient business location, around 10-15 minutes walk from paradise hot springs. We had an enjoyable stay at this entertainment and not expensive hotel.

The place turned out to be great value for money in comparison to other hotels. Lovely beds, beautiful bathroom, top location. We got a room with roll in showers. Hotel was tidy and the service was perfect. Our breakfast at the restaurant was nice hot and savoury.

Fairly clean and ideal place with caring staff. I was offered COMPLIMENTARY breakfast with a huge assortment, hot and eggs. Loved their delicious drinks, served in the swim-up bar.

Location was good, our room had fantastic views. Hotel's food was decent and there is que rico arenal close by.

It was great value for money among other available hotels in La Fortuna. Hotel was clean, stunningly beautiful, had fine rooms and staff. It was tidy and had soft bed. Based in a lovely area.

Excellent place for exploring La Fortuna. Property is in a nice location, large rooms, excellent breakfast. Great views and sunny patio. The food in the restaurant and the service.

we appreciated our stay here. it's superior place, offers air-conditioned rooms and has beautiful location. had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

We think it's a useful base for staying in La Fortuna. Volcano view was worthy. The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed its variety.

The hotel needed some tlc.

Located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport. We greatly enjoyed our stay in los lagos spa & resort.

All in all a good experience. Rooms were huge.
